Pat was a scientific mentor for Michelle Williams' third grade class at
Ceasar Chavez Elementary School in Palo Alto, CA. Michelle was a student in her biology
class at the U. of Texas in 1986. Now both Pat and Dick are acting as "scientific
advisors" to a similar class at UC-Berkeley, where Michelle
completed her Ph.D.
in Science Education and now is a professor at Michigan
State University. |
