How to Apply: Eligibility This program is open to U.S. college students with an overall GPA of at least 3.0. Prerequisites include 1) a minimum of two years of college-level Spanish or equivalent and 2) basic science courses applicable to health professions. Students entering their third year of college/university are usually most suitable for this program and are given high priority. Application Procedures 1)  Complete the online Information Session module on the Study Abroad Office website:  www.utexas.edu/student/abroad. 2)  Set up an appointment with the Study Abroad Office Program Coordinator, Melissa Sassi, for authorization to access the online application.  Her walk-in hours are Thursday at 1 - 4 pm; otherwise send an e-mail or call ((512) 471-6377) for an appointment. 3)  Apply!  Visit MY SAO to complete program requirements online at www.utexas.edu/student/abroad
