CV (pdf)

In her research, Bonnie attempts to identify the environmental drivers of fungal community structure, and to determine how fungal community properties feedback to ecosystem processes. She is interested in using basic ecological theory to predict how microbial community compositional and functional resilience to disturbance should change along gradients of resources and environmental stress. Bonnie’s field sites are located on the Edwards Plateau in central Texas and at La Selva Biological Station, Costa Rica.
